Consumer Tips

• If you want to extend the cover of Homecare 100 to care for your Full Central Heating System upgrade to Homecare 200.
• If you want to pay a little less each month you can take Homecareflexi 100. This has all the same benefits as Homecare 100, with a lower monthly charge but you pay a £50 fixed fee per completed repair.
• With Homecare 100 you get an annual safety and maintenance inspection of your boiler – put a date in your diary to make sure this is scheduled nearer to the date
• When you arrange your heating safety and maintenance inspection book it in advance and for the summer months. The engineers are less busy then, if you book it for the winter it could be rescheduled if there is a cold snap and they have to attend to multiple boiler emergencies.
