HomeCare 400 offers expert care and is the top level maintenance and breakdown repair service for your gas boiler, central heating system, plumbing, drains and fixed electrical wiring system.

What’s included?

• Repairs to all gas supply pipework inside your home, between your meter and any appliances
• Repair and maintenance for your fixed electrical wiring system, fuse boxes, light switches and fittings, wall sockets, circuit breakers and transformers inside your home and outbuildings
• A Maintenance Inspection once in every two years of your electrical fixtures and fittings*
• Priority response time when you have a total loss of power or lighting

• A yearly Safety and Maintenance Inspection of your whole central heating system*

• With Homecare 400 you get an annual safety and maintenance inspection of your WHOLE central heating system – put a date in your diary to make sure this is scheduled nearer to the date
• If you want to pay a little less each month you can take Homecareflexi 400. This has all the same benefits as Homecare 400, with a lower monthly charge but you pay a £50 fixed fee per completed repair.
• You also get a maintenance inspection of your plumbing once every two years – put a date in your diary to make sure this is scheduled nearer to the date
• Electrical fixture and fittings are also looked at in a maintenance inspection once every two years – put a date in your diary also.
